As an Account Retention Agent at AAA Washington, you will be responsible for providing customer service to members and insurance customers through renewals and account reviews. With over 1.2 million AAA members, you will have the opportunity to reach out to our members to make sure they are protected when they need it most. QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active WA State Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service or sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform comprehensive account reviews and conduct reviews of accounts that will grow, build, and retain the business and maximize agency revenue.
• Be a support help desk resource for agents, customer service, and account manager 1's.
• Be the central resource for book consolidations, re-writes, non-renewals, and re-markets in accordance with the re-market playbook.
• Support agents during vacations or leaves.
• Proactively seek out or find alternatives to ensure retention of AAA insurance customers.
• Quote and issue new policies as needed.
• Responsible for making outbound calls to customers and members to provide information on product and service offerings to ensure they are well informed and properly insured, qualifying leads for the agents if necessary.
• Coordinate transactions and policy communications with the carriers and policyholders.
• Act as an advocate for insurance clients while maintaining underwriting standards.

SALARY RANGE

The hiring pay range is $22.60 - $28.55 per hour and is based on experience.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a monthly Insurance Sales Support Bonus of up to 10% of base pay based on your individual performance against monthly target performance metrics.
