<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> We are seeking a Account Manager II / Paid Search Specialist for a very important client.<br><br>looking for a results-driven individual who will oversee the Paid search accounts managed by our agency partners The Paid Search Specialist is a hands-on SEM expert that will be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategic optimizations and recommendations within Paid Search platforms The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record showcasing their ability to successfully take ideas from inception to completion In this role, you use your expertise to help company increase overall revenue and ROI of paid advertising.<br>Primary Responsibilities<br><br>* Act as Paid Search subject matter expert by driving continued innovation and industry best practices for company brands<br><br>* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign results.<br><br>* Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and provide optimization opportunities<br><br>* Monitor bid adjustments and optimal spend across different channels and keywords.<br><br>* Prepare monthly reports, identify issues and provide insights and recommendations to enhance Paid Search tactics<br><br>* Build and maintain strong external relationships with agency partners, vendors and internal cross functional teams<br><br>* Stay current on industry updates, tools, trends and findings Incorporate those learnings and new opportunities where possible.<br>Education/Experience Required<br><br>* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field<br><br>* 4+ years of experience in paid search campaign management<br>Essential Skills and Qualifications<br><br>* Deeply versed in planning, buying, and optimizing in Search platforms.<br><br>* Ability to prioritize high volume of work across all the business functions to focus on delivery and driving measurable impact Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager<br><br>* Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from data.<br><br>* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with an ability to make the complex simple<br><br>* Advanced Excel skills with ability to create pivot tables and perform v-lookups<br><br>* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br><br>* Organizational and time management skills<br><br>* Ability to work independently<br><br>* Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus<br><br>* Google Ads and SA360 certification<br><br>* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.<br> 4+ years of experience in Paid Search Campaign management<br>3 Deeply versed in planning, buying, and optimizing in Search platforms<br>4 Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager, Excel and Power Point<br>5 Strong analytical skills<br>#PandoPandoLogic.
