One of our clients in Norfolk in Virginia Beach is looking for a Lead Domain Architect - Claims Focus with the following skills and experience:

Position: Lead Domain Architect - Claims Focus

As the Lead Domain Architect with a specialization in claims, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of innovative solutions within the realm of commercial health plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the optimization of claims processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives. Define the architectural vision for claims systems and processes, considering scalability, security, and regulatory requirements.

Solution Design: Lead the design efforts for claims-related systems, applications, and integrations. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of commercial health plans to architect solutions that meet the complex needs of the organization.

Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of raw and intricate data structures to derive meaningful insights. Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for optimizing claims operations and enhancing decision-making processes.

Documentation: Interpret and document stored procedures and technical specifications related to claims systems. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation that serves as a valuable reference for team members and stakeholders.

Communication and Collaboration: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Application Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience with version 5.9 or newer QNXT or QNXT-based applications to provide expert guidance on system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

SQL Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, including the ability to read custom SQL stored procedures and write SQL queries for data validations and design confirmation. Utilize SQL skills to perform data analysis and ensure the integrity of claims data.
