The Warehouse Lead has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising warehouse activities on a daily basis to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center.

Your Role

The Warehouse Lead has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising warehouse activities on a daily basis to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center.

Your Responsibilities

* Supervise andcoordinate unloading of inbound shipments
* Verify requiredinbound/outbound paperwork with associates and drivers to ensure that allproduct is properly counted
* Ensure inbound andoutbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors
* Ensure theefficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment
* Ensure that thework schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectivelyand completed properly
* Complete allnecessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
* High School Diplomaor Equivalent
* 3 years ofexperience in a warehouse environment and 1 year in a lead/supervisory role
* Ability toestablish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Your Skills and Experiences

* Basic computer and math skills
* Minimum Education: High School or Technical degree
* Ideal candidates will have prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Proven basic math skills at the high school level
* Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Computer skills
* Prior leadership experience is a plus
