We are a global AI organization headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Major retailers hire us to manage their materials that are AI driven. The company is rapidly growing and we are looking to add a VP of Software Products to our team. This is an on-site position in Cincinnati. This person will be working closely with executive leadership to push software quality forward, manage software developers, oversee the SDLC process and quality, and discuss strategy for the business.

What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Director of Software Projects, you will be assisting the executive leadership with discussing software quality, budgets, deadlines, strategy, and client relationships. In addition, you will be leading all SDLC from beginning to end while managing a team of developers. This is a very hands-on role and we would require you to be in Cincinnati, OH full-time. If you are a strong Software leader from a Technology automated business and can travel to Cincinnati every few weeks, apply now.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills + Must Be On-Site: *
1.) 5+ years in people management (on-shore and off-shore)
2.) 5+ years in software development
3.) Professional services background (working with deliverables for clients)
4.) Microservices / Docker / Kubernetes

1.) Masters Degree
2.) AI
3.) Robotics
