What You Will Be Doing - Build healthy and agile teams- creating a culture of innovation
- Lead and prioritize the product lifecycle/engineering schedule

What You Need for this Position - 10+ years hands-on engineering management experience
- 5+ years experience with web application development
- Solid understanding of Agile Scrum and UX Centered Design principles
- Architecture, design, development, and DevOps engineering experience
