VCA Murphy Road Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team!

About Us

We are an AAHA-accredited 6-doctor practice in Nashville, TN, offering a variety of services including Primary Care, Illness Care, Surgery, Dentistry, and more.

We are open Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, closed on weekends. Our support staff typically work a 4 day work week.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant interested in operating at the top of their skill set as directed by our veterinarians. Duties will include:

• Client education
• Compassionate patient care
• Safe patient handling/restraint
• Phlebotomy
• Surgery and anesthesia assistance
• Hands free radiography (for employee safety)
• Dentistry including dental radiography
