What you'll do...
Project managers for Walmart Facility Services are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Escalations coming from other stakeholders are to be supported for consideration to add to existing program while ensuring the program is still a success. This position has the potential to work in one of a few areas for our Walmart fleet such as roof recovers, Exterior Brand repaints, and our highly important interior/exterior signage replacements and rebrands.
Current and future 2-5 year planning is crucial for success in this position. Working with realty consultants, general contractors, trade specific vendors, our Realty Execution department supporting remodels, and our internal design group is integral to facility programs each year.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years' experience in facilities management,
construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering,
or related area.
