Kforce is immediately adding a full-time UI Copy Writer in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in San Diego, CA. The UI Copy Writer works closely with UI designers, legal team, and other stakeholders to craft consistent, clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for end-to-end user flows in web and app designs.


  • BA in English, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of copy writing and editing experience
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert on complex products and services
  • Ability to adhere to brand voice guidelines
  • Ability to work with large numbers of stakeholders, iterate, and achieve approval of final copy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perfect grammar
  • Content management experience would be a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
