The Opportunity

Altus Group is looking for a new Global Training & Support Operations Specialist to join our Houston office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, efficiency, and organizational operations through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will function as a global representative for departmental knowledge and apply your expertise to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. The Training & Support Operations Specialist will work to maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business units, including end-users, trainers, agents, project managers, engineers, and senior staff members.

This is a full-time position based out of Houston and will be moving to a hybrid model in the future.

Our new Global Training & Support Operations Specialist will:

  • Assist in analyzing and gathering information to determine the most effective platforms for knowledge content, training offerings and support delivery to ensure that they reflect the needs of the business
  • Assist in post implementation; analyzes the effectiveness of departmental tools, environments, and solutions by observing usage and evaluate impact in terms of the organizational benefits
  • Departmental system administrator for multiple environments; scope and implement new system improvements and departmental deliverables, reporting and requests
  • Collaborate with management team members to define and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistency across multiple regions
  • On demand technical and usage assistance for all departmental system and services incidents
  • Recognize patterns quickly and learn just as fast, easily becoming familiar with complex systems
  • Frame questions to better understand problems and to elicit requirement
  • Product licensing, account, contacts and data auditing across CRM and ERP platforms
  • Liaison with global team to onboarding new and existing team members on all system and department operations
  • Execute and communicate UAT testing for annual/monthly production deployments
  • Provision and maintain training virtual and hosted solutions
  • Platform data cleansing and compliance
  • Create standard reports and dashboards by department and region to identify trends for internal/external insight and improvement opportunities

Our new Global Training & Support Operations Specialist will have:
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree required; Real Estate or Finance preferred and/or a minimum 2 year of relevant experience required
  • Ability to provide advanced support on all externally support ARGUS/Altus product offerings
  • Ability to navigate configuration on various systems (NetSuite, eCommerce, Salesforce, NetDimensions, CloudShare, AdobeConnect, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with leadership; high degree of professionalism
  • IT and Development knowledge level expertise for problem-solving, technical, infrastructure and configurations skills to work through unique and elevated issues and inquiries
