Temporary Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is an online print and design company looking for a Temporary Part-Time Recruiting/Scheduling Assistant to work with their HR and Customer Service leadership team to arrange and confirm interviews for their Customer Service Department. The company is located in Lincoln, RI and their ideal candidate will be able to work a hybrid schedule (in office some days and remote on others). The schedule for this role is half days all week for a total of 20-24 hours. This role will involve working with their applicant tracking system, which you will be fully trained on. You'll be interacting with applicants, scheduling their interviews, interacting with internal staff, sending emails & confirmations using Gmail and Google Suite. This is an excellent job for someone interested in part time work and/or interested in gaining recruiting/HR or administrative experience. The position pays 15/hr depending on candidate experience.
