We are actively hiring for Senior Total Loss Specialists! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals. This position can be remotely based out of any state with the exception of AK, CA and HI.

We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.

Essential responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate auto damage and/or total loss claims.
• Evaluate vehicle damages that require outside field assignments.
• Fully prepare the claim file with the total loss settlements and settle the total loss with the customer and lienholder.
• Responsible for identifying/recognizing claims coverage and limits issues.
• Write complete estimates on vehicles and determine if they are repairable or a total loss.

What would make us excited about you

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adjusters license or ability to obtain a license.
• 2 more years of casualty claims experience required.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

If performed in Nevada, this position has an hourly rate range of $28.41- $33.42. In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has an hourly range of $27.02-$31.78 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay.
