Our client, a leading medical association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Technology & Regulatory Affairs Senior Program Associate to support their busy office!

About You:

  • 4+ years of professional experience required (strong scheduling experience virtually/in-person and externally/internally required).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications with an aptitude for technology.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Responsive with the ability to prioritize workload and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven, professional environment.

The Job:

  • Maintain departmental staff's schedules and the department calendar.
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations, adhering to association's travel policy.
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, distribute, and maintain important documents.
  • Oversee and manage logistics for Board meetings and manage arrangements for conference rooms.
  • Prepare, track, and invoice department budget.
  • Provide additional administrative support/assistance as required by role.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $24/hr-$32/hr when temporary and converts to $60K-$70K when made permanent. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today with your resume in Microsoft Word format!
