RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Product Manager in Beaverton, OR.Duties:
- Drive the creation of new technical personalization capabilities to be developed and tested through scalable frameworks
- Lay the technical foundation to use state-of-the-art approaches to personalized user experiences at the company
- Validate product and technology hypotheses in the space of personalization and relevance
- Understands the complexities of building ML and NLP products; Has experience prototyping, iterating on, evaluating, and scaling large-scale ML/NLP systems; Can connect ML value propositions to actual user problems
- Can visualize how a strong technology platform would enable personalization at this company
- Is excited about making the company a unique experience for each user
REQUIREMENTS:
- Shipped personalization and recommendation features before
- Served as product owner for highly technical scrum teams, driving to high quality and high velocity outcomes
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communications at all levels of the org, can tailor communications for the audience
- Prior experience with recommendations
- Experience using experience management tools (Adobe, DynamicYield, Evergage, Optimizely, etc.)
- Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write)
