Position Summary:

The Technical Lead: Leasing, Document Generation and Administration will guide and serve development teams that deliver technology solutions, through effective application of the Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will enable and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and diverse environment through your valuable skills and attitude of success. As a key member of the Business Capability Engineering team you will work with global business stakeholders to understand key requirements; product managers to prioritize development iterations; designers to enable high quality design features; infrastructure teams to ensure hardware and other resource requirements are met; and development teams to produce leading edge capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform software development and requirements engineering in accordance with Agile methodologies
  • Analyze customer requirements and create related subsystem and module requirements
  • Create design documentation in both text and model-based formats
  • Implement logic for new features and/or modify existing logic to realize the design
  • Lead code reviews with development teams to ensure best practices are followed and technical debt is minimized
  • Manage technical debt to ensure successful product iteration and avoidance of debt servicing
  • Work with Scrum Masters to ensure that the backlog is groomed consistently and always has enough work for at least 1 to 2 iterations out from the current sprint
  • Lead daily technical stand-up sessions and ceremonies to optimize task and dependency management
  • Attend daily chat based on the standups and seek clarification on identified comments or issues
  • Resolve technical roadblocks during standup ceremonies and raised in the daily chat
  • Assign task complexity based on the skill/capability of the development team(s)
  • Proactive task management and status checks to avoid items becoming stale
  • Manage detailed activity report for each developer and ensure balanced workload
  • Review all tickets currently in process or assigned to current iteration. Actively, add or move tickets depending on schedule and capacity
  • Communicate prior week development results and current week planned activities
  • Active participation in the maturation process of the Agile model and methodology within the organization
  • Support module testing for assigned software components
  • Work closely with Product Owners/Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to develop quality test cases
  • Analyze and document test data and results
  • Ongoing Vendor assessments and analysis

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Must have 5+ years' experience as an Agile Technical Lead
  • Previous technical development experience with the Microsoft technology stack (C++, C#, SQL Server), Informatica and Angular JS is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle models including Scrum, XP, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and techniques: User Stories, Backlog Grooming, Planning, Agile Games
  • Experience with Agile planning tools such as Rally, JIRA, ServiceNow, TFS, etc. is preferred
  • Proven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time across competing activities/resources
  • Effective communicator with the ability to succinctly explain technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Experience in Salesforce - Specifically in Salesforce Lightning
  • Ability to Architect and design salesforce Applications
  • Experience in Salesforce LWC, Triggers, Process Builders and Flows
  • Strong experience in writing complex SQL & SOQL Queries
  • Experience in creating complex salesforce data models
  • Experience in integrating salesforce data with external systems using ETLs and APIs
  • Experience in Integrating external systems data into salesforce using ETLs and APIs
  • Ability to understand business terms and concepts and relay that detail to development teams
  • Mentor development teams to continuously broaden their technical capabilities and capacity to manage increasingly complex issues
  • Ability to navigate, Query and use different database and data virtualization tools
  • Experience in Property/Lease Managements System such as Yardi.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to distill meaningful and accurate information from potentially ambiguous business descriptions
  • Experience with Agile planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Scrum Master Certification and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
  • Familiarity with data out systems, including DocuSign, DocuSign CLM, SharePoint, Yardi, PeopleSoft, AWS, Oracle, SQL, Denodo, and Snowflake
  • Familiarly with data integrations (including APIs and ETLs)
  • Familiarity working with cloud-based technologies (including AWS and Azure) and cloud-based integrations
  • Familiarity with the reporting system such as Tableau
  • Experience working with sales operations, marketing, customer experience initiatives is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce Out of the box and Custom Solution
  • Interface design experience
  • Experience in creating solutions involves contract life cycle management tools, salesforce and SharePoint
  • Experience working with geographically separated and offshore development teams

Hiring Salary Range of: $123,000-$1,000. Salary and whole compensatio60n package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's locations, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
