Tax Accountant

Our client, a large bio-pharmaceutical company in the King of Prussia area is in need of an experienced Sales & Use Tax Accountant to assist in their tax department for an important special 3-6 month project. Currently budgeted for part-time 24 hours, but this is a high visibility role and could extend to a longer situation for the right candidate. Ideal role for a strong GL accountant with sales & use tax experience. Must have strong experience with Sales & Use tax returns and the related accounting.

$35-45/hour + 1.5 OT

Sales & Use Tax Accountant

Description:

• Responsible for maintaining S&U tax calendar
• Prepare and file all S&U tax returns on monthly, quartley and annual basis
• Assist with other indirect taxes as needed
• Provide feedback and assistance with ongoing system and process improvements
• Provide communication with taxing authorities as needed

Required:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years related experience
• Avalara and SAP experience a plus
• International tax experience a plus
