Facilitates the salary exempt staffing process to include building marketing materials, pre-screen interviews, and administering the job requisition process.Facilitates the hourly staffing process by building marketing materials, requisitions, job postings, application review and setting up interviews at approximately 90 plants.Coordinates career fair marketing, interviewing, and hiring.Develops and coordinates efforts for on-campus marketing and recruiting efforts to include relationship building with campus career departments, professors and campus clubs.Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.Adhere to Company compensation programs; evaluates and updates job descriptions as necessary; and analyzes compensation through corporate compensation support.Ensures compliance to personnel policies and procedures; employee change notice reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, and cash flow.Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
