How YOU will Make an Impact Everyday:
  • Build complex product assemblies and operate specialized machinery utilizing intermediate mechanical skills (braid cutting, coil twisting, band placement, hot jaw, laser and UV bonding, etc.) and training.
  • Utilize measurement and complex tools (laser bonder, coiler, etc.) with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Read, comprehend, and adhere to complex written work instructions, SOP's, etc. with limited to no oversight.
  • Follow verbal instructions from supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Identify process challenges and propose improvements to leads, technicians, and/or engineers.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Consistently meet or exceed attendance, quality, and productivity expectations.
  • Effectively work in a dynamic, team environment, with flexibility to rotate responsibilities as required.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) related to actions, hygiene, and behavior requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity.
  • Regularly engage in and learn new technologies and processes.
  • Attend required training and continuous learning opportunities as assigned.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required.


Qualifications & Abilities for YOU to be Successful:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical device manufacturing environment (FDA/ISO regulated), REQUIRED
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, strongly preferred
  • In lieu of education, up to 4 years of work experience may be considered
  • Actively listen and exchange verbal & written information
  • Ability to remain stationary, sit, stand, and/or bend frequently or for extended periods of time
  • Ability to receive and assess information through computer

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with cross-functional team.
  • Attention to detail with problem solving, analytical skills, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to take initiative and support training needs of team members as required.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment with regularly changing priorities.
  • Hands on assembly and technical skills directly related to catheter manufacturing (liner stretching, braid cutting, polymer reflow, etc.).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles a plus.
