Job Title:

System Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Escalation point for all Level I and Level II techs
• Technical Account Manager duties up to vCIO role
• This is a strategic and tactical role
• Windows server configuration and design
• LAN/WAN design and configuration
• DAS and SAN design, configuration, and support
• IaaS and DaaS design and support
• Colocation management
• Team lead for refresh projects
• Physical to cloud migration design and implementation
• RMM and PSA use to manage clients environments
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNA or experience to match
• Cisco ASA
• HPE servers and switches
• 2+ years enterprise switching
• 5+ years Microsoft Server experience
• 5+ years VMware
• 2+ years Enterprise storage - HPE, Nimble or Dell
• 5+ years Windows desktops
• 2+ years Office 365 migration/support
• 2+ years End-user support
• 1+ year VEEAM support

• SonicWall, Fortinet, and Checkpoint
