Job Responsibilities

 
Pennoni Associates is current seeking a Survey CAD Technician

 
with experience is consistent with, but not limited to:

• CAD Drafting from conventionally collected survey field data;
  
• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency;
  
• Perform deeds research, deed plotting, and map checks;
  
• Prepare various forms of survey plats and drawings, descriptions;
  
• Provide office support, performing computations of base files;
  
• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved;
  
• Desire to work in the field as needed
  

• Software Experience: AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office;
  
• Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry;
  
• Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills;
  
• Capable of fieldwork and manual labor; Land Surveying experience; Strong work ethic and team-player attitude;
  
• Desire to learn and grow in the land survey profession;
  
• Required education: High school / GED;
  
• Valid driver's license;
  
• Minimum years of work experience in Surveying: 2+ years
  

• Software Experience: MicroStation, Bentley InRoads / OpenRoads, Microsoft Excel;
  
• Experience working with 3D high-definition laser scan (HDLS) data
