Support Content Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Support Content Manager in Stamford, CT.Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with various teams to develop new content, review and enhance current support content and collaborate with product owners, customer support, user experience and legal stakeholders to revise and create consistent, on-brand copy
  • Support all efforts to strategize then simplify and enhance the customer experience on .net pages
  • Create content plans and manage the content lifecycle
  • Lead the creation and delivery of digital content
  • Track and evaluate customer feedback to improve content


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of experience in developing self-support and/or training content
  • 2+ years of experience in leading content management
  • Strong understanding of best practices in copywriting and page design, experience using content management systems
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale content projects, including new product launches and content audits, and set strategies to improve our current processes and offerings
  • Drupal experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
