This position can be based in Cortez, CO; New York, NY, or Bend, OR. This is a hybrid role (work onsite and from home combination).

What you will be doing:

The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for crafting, maintaining, and communicating product focused production plans for Osprey's Global business. Primary focus will be to oversee all aspects of factory planning and purchase order issuance on a global basis. Developing strong partnerships with Sourcing, Logistics, Demand Planning, Product and working collaboratively are paramount to personal and company success.

  • Creates and manages all supply planning tools in line with sales, financial, and production strategies
  • Builds factory forecasts at SKU and Product Group Level
  • Analyzes spend and fill rates at multiple levels
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders and Vietnam based sourcing team in the creation and execution of factory capacity plans
  • Aligns new product production ramp plans with sales and marketing strategies
  • Oversees purchase order issuance in accordance with supply planning process
  • Manages factory pricing, lead-time, and minimum order quantities in support of procurement process
  • Provides input to monthly Supply Review
  • Creates seasonal factory forecasts
  • Performs inventory analysis and projections using NAV ERP system, Power BI, and MS Office


Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS college degree
  • 3 years' experience in a sales, supply, demand or operations planning or quantitative role
  • Professional experience with a strong analytical skills; Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI) and ERP systems
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in a planning role using planning software or algorithms


Colorado: The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. Salary Minimum: $75,910.21; Maximum: $147,740.25. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
