Sr Software Engineer 3 - SDA

Contract Position

Senior Advanced Software Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space Company. In this job you will develop and deploy the state-of-the-art ground operational system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy the state-of-the-art ground operational system.

Qualifications:

• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field and 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
• Ability to lead the software development process
• Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways
• Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and positioning others for success
• Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
• CI/CD pipeline development
• Test automation
• Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
• Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
• DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform/tools:
• AWS
• GitLab
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Jenkins
• Ansible
• Terraform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Satellite communications knowledge
• Ground to Satellite communication knowledge
• Ground operations experience
