Job Description Summary:
We're looking for a highly capable Senior Manager of Marketing Transformation and Team Engagement to join our Marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a unique combination of marketing function and operations experience, critical thinking and strong judgement, operating range, proactive and self-starter mindset, superior collaboration skills, scrappiness, and a passion for team success. She/he will manage a small but mighty team of team engagement associates who will manage and evolve our existing transformation and team engagement programs.

Reporting into the Sr. Director, Planning, Transformation, and Team Operations, you will serve as an important connector, designer/driver/implementer of solutions across the marketing organization, and positive agent of change during our multi-year marketing transformation.

Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the creation and management ofa compelling marketing transformation and team engagement strategy and roadmap
  • Drive progress on existing engagement programs, and develop new programs to support the alignment, connectivity, and engagement ofmarketing teams across the world.Track progress to team engagement goals, and adapt programs accordingly
  • Manage the planning and execution of the marketing transformation and team engagement calendar, including team goals setting, marketing skills training, outside-in marketing learning and development, onboardingand immersion program,marketingcommunity management, and survey/feedback cadences
  • Manage the calendar of team communication, including global All Hands, slack channel management, e-mail newsletter series, and more
  • Manage the central marketing team information hub, continuously refreshing content and resources
  • Partner closely with HR tocoordinate and align onthe marketingteam, talent, and engagement calendar
  • Managemarketing transformation scorecards anddashboards,contribute to recurring status updates, providingkey inputs into recurring leadership updates

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, operations,and transformation
  • Superb written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proven expertise and knowledge in the space of employee experience
  • Able to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment with an outcomes-focused, ownership mindset
  • Program managementand change managementmindset and skillset
  • Strong analytical skills and data-based judgement
  • Experience in conceptualizing programs and solutions from scratch, iterating and evolving programs from real-time team feedback
  • Comfortability flexing between day-to-day process and long-term operational planning
  • Passionate about solving problems and working with a variety of stakeholders to design and deploy solutions in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proven leadershipand management experience in a global, matrixed organization, with a successful track record of team building and developingtalent

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, operations, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
