Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Facets Engineer-HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Duration: Contract-to-hire W2 ONLY
Location: MN on-site or 100% REMOTE
Project:
This position will focus on new business and growth within the company, specifically reviewing requests for proposals
Responsibilities:
• Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and related documents
• Research and gather source information to determine the information needed for specific proposals
• Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on your own ideas, experience, and research
• Effectively convey information about Facets products/services to all audiences
• Inspect and edit your own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues
• Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals
• Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the company's platform
• Interview SMEs in business functions
Required Qualifications:
• 14+ years of IT/healthcare experience
• 10+ years of experience in Core Facets product ver 5.6 and above Claims, Members, Provider, Benefits, Workflow Configuration
• 5+ years of Project Lead/Technical Lead/Solution Architect
• Experience with leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and outlining High Level Solutions
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, and Medicaid Products
• Substantial hands-on technology experience in Facets and Oracle
• Good understanding about the structure and significance of key HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
• Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool
Preferred Qualifications:
• Facets core administration product
• Trizetto optimizations products
