BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Sourcing & Screening) @ Santa Ana, CA 92707

Anticipated Start Date: 05/03/2021

Expected Duration: 4+ months contract

Note: 100% Onsite Job

Duties:

  • Responsible for working closely with the business, identifying and attracting top talent for an assigned client group.
  • Uses a variety of sourcing techniques to search for, screen, and identify candidates for managers, filling open positions with quality candidates.
Essential Functions:
  • Works with other members of the recruiting organization to fill open requisitions for a wide range positions.
  • Manages and participates in requisition flow and applicant screening process.
  • Summarizes results of screening and makes recommendations.
  • Provides up-to-date recruiting status activity on regular basis.
  • Recommends alternative solutions to difficult to fill positions.
Skills:
  • Must have 3+ years of recent recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate environment, preferably from a large company environment
  • Please note this is NOT a full-cycle recruiting role.
  • Focus is on sourcing and screening. No interaction with internal hiring managers.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS/AT systems and web based applications
  • Strong investigative/research skills for sourcing candidates and learning about jobs and technologies for assigned client group. Often responsible for hard to fill positions
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Organizational and follow up skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Public relations skills to represent the Company at job fairs, colleges, recruiting meetings/events, to candidates, and to all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge and demonstration of talent acquisition best practices
Education: BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
