• Responsibilities. Work with technical leads at defining vision and strategic direction for software application tooling products. Drive a product roadmap and feature backlog to address the needs of our next-gen HCM applications. Work with HCM application product owners and developers to identify product requirements. Develop functional specifications and designs that can be implemented by our engineer teams. Collaborate with other technical product managers to solve cross-functional business needs. Guide and govern usage of the software product.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will also accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: B2B or Software as a Service product; Human capital management domain software, including HRMS and HRIS; Serving as a team lead or product manager for Agile/Scrum software development team; Software development lifecycle management tools, including Splunk, Rally, Jira, and PlanView; Programming languages including Java, Python, Javascript or SQL database; Algorithms in pseudocode; Data structures.
