Senior Recruitment Business Partner
Develop excellent working partnerships with ISC delivery teams to deliver the contracted Cognizant service ensuring a seamless execution of the fulfillment process
Work in partnership with the Cognizant Hiring Managers to ensure there is a validated demand plan to support effective and efficient requisition fulfillment, sharing these validated details with the ISC Sourcing Teams
Responsibility for delivering the contracted service (functionally aligned if required)
Responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost-efficient service is delivered, undertaking a consultative approach and educating Cognizant stakeholders where appropriate on the recruitment lifecycle and technology
Accountable for ensuring that the service delivery meets contractual SLAs and where possible exceeds expectations
Main point of contact for Cognizant hiring managers on all CCN operational related topics
Responsible for developing a business acumen of the supported Cognizant functions
Acts as the CCN liaison, validates the proposed demand plan as created by the ISC sourcing team and is responsible for complete understanding of Cognizant’s hiring forecast and requirements
Partners with the designated Sourcing Partner(s) for the successful fulfilment of all Direct Sourcing position
Responsible for execution of the strategy of all third-party Suppliers, enabling a Talent Forward partnership and ensuring an effective delivery pipeline exists for all contracted work by developing a robust working partnership with the contracted Supply Chain
Responsible for the development of a working partnership with the contracted Supply Chain
Communicate and articulate the Cognizant’s expectations and requests related to requisitions and demand plans to Supply Chain
