The Senior Manager of Global Data and Digital Technology will manage and oversee the Global Data and Technology staff members, interview and hire new team members, be responsible for resource planning and availability, and participate in budgeting for the Global Data and Technology IT pillar.

This role will report to the Director of Global Data and Technology and will build and manage a team working in both the data and digital technology pillars implementing this IT pillar's strategic vision. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the staff and aligning with Global Data and Digital Technology Architects to coordinate the necessary resources to execute the pillar's strategic projects, backlog, and support workload. Primarily this role will manage within an Agile software development structure and will manage the workload of available resources consisting of both engineers and system administrators. The Senior Manager will be responsible for cultivating and executing a positive team culture for resources both on and offshore and creating and maintaining relationships with each team member, identifying and implementing any necessary changes, working with team members and meeting any needs, and managing staff availability to support Optiv's Data and Digital requirements.

In addition, the Senior Manager will track and report key metrics related to both teams to the Director, Architects, and or any senior or executive-level employees. The Senior Manager will work directly with Optiv's human resources department to address any required reviews.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience managing software development, software administrative, or SaaS administrative teams
• Technological experience preferably in a software or security company
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Management software, and/or experience with data platforms or structured data environments
