Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Director Operations to join our Healthcare Digital Workflow team as part of our Life & Safety segment in Longmont, CO.

Intrado's healthcare solutions give you an easily-integrated single source for meeting patients' individual contact preferences. Combine automated phone calls, text messages, emails and mailed outreach for communication strategies that compel patients to respond and stay on track in their ongoing care.

Essential Duties:

  • Participate in establishing a strategic working relationship with business partners while ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures
  • Oversee employee & team performance to ensure a balance of optimum productivity, service level goal achievement and client satisfaction are maintained
  • Work collaboratively with other departments or business units on client account issues to provide seamless service
  • Ensure the highest quality service is provided, which includes improved and enhanced business solutions, while remaining consistent with Intrado corporate policies, procedures, and philosophies
  • Proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of client problems
  • Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and on-site visits including creating business review collateral
  • Ensure departmental management staff is appropriately resolving day-to-day problems and concerns in a timely and quality manner
  • Immediately escalate to Executive Management any situation that could adversely impact the service provided to the client
  • Respond to 24-hour/7-day-a-week service needs ensuring follow-through to resolution of issue
  • Coach, develop, and mentor subordinates to achieve quality performance, while continuing to develop personal management skills necessary to lead staff and handle unique management challenges
  • Participate in developing and implementing strategic plans to proactively enhance the Company's ability to meet the needs of existing and new clients
  • Proactively strive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all workflow interfaces to meet or exceed establish business goals and objectives


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University with major case work in business admin, communication, or related field required
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements


Experience:
  • 5+ years of increasing responsible executive level experience in sales, management, marketing, operations, or a related field required
  • 3+ years' experience providing service to clients
  • 3+ years' experience in the multi-channel Inbound and Outbound Interactive and Integrated solutions experience required
  • Strong leader in the call center, contact center, and/or customer service environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required


Compensation:
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The pay range for this position is anticipated between $115,000 and $140,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
