The Senior Analyst, Business & Manufacturing Intelligence is a key member of the Information Technology team whose primary mission is to partner with key business and IT leaders for the delivery of business intelligence and operational technology solutions used to enable and support critical business functions and processes across the enterprise. This position requires expertise in areas of business operations, business processes, business & manufacturing intelligence technologies, critical business data, and key operational reporting and analytics across key business functions. Responsibilities include; enterprise architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, solution development, service support, application security and IT compliance. Support production systems including analyzing and resolving production problems and end user service requests as appropriate. Provide a high-level of customer service across the organization with a primary focus on systems availability, performance, reliability, security, and established service level metrics.

This position will be responsible for the analytics solutions and services that deliver data-driven insights. Participate in the development and implementation of a business & manufacturing intelligence technology strategy leveraging leading technologies to achieve company goals and improve critical business functions. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to design and develop information management capabilities and deploy the governance of key business metrics, drive the deployment of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value. Develop standards, tools, and governance for capturing, modeling, storing, and delivering data for the enterprise including; identifying data-related business requirements and service standards, develop a high level enterprise data model and conceptual views of related data sub-architectures (e.g., database, data integration, data warehouse/business intelligence, reporting, metadata, and content management architectures). Data engineering work includes; creating data architectures for databases and data warehouses (i.e., designing and specifying the overall database/data warehouse structure based on functional and technical requirements); develop logical and physical data models; develop strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation; manage data migrations/conversions and troubleshooting data processing issues.

As a critical member of the Business & Manufacturing Intelligence Services team, this role must partner with business team members to understand business direction and translate to information technology needs; work with business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements; participate in defining, prioritizing, organizing initiatives; and be accountable for solution delivery. Provide technical and solution expertise during end-to-end life-cycle solution development to ensure quality of delivery and adherence to best practices. Support, maintain, and deliver solutions and services within a large, complex applications ecosystem.

The Senior Analyst, Business & Manufacturing Intelligence reports directly to the Manager, Business & Manufacturing Intelligence Services and must be highly flexible, results-oriented with the ability to provide insight and support on complex business and technical issues.
