We are a industry leader in the sale of priceless art, antiquities, furniture and accessories. We have a collaborative supportive culture and have offices in New York, Europe and Asia. With our recent IPO we are looking to build our remote accounting team and are looking for an SEC reporting manager.

What You Will Be Doing - External reporting and ensuring financial statements are inline with federal regulations
- Oversee compliance with SEC reporting rules
- Lead accounting research for large transactions including share-based compensation, capitalized software development costs, financings and potential M&A
- Assist in technical accounting, ITGC, policies and specialized accounting
- Work with business teams to understand new business initiatives and accounting implications and identify new solutions to grow business
- Understand SOC and GAAP compliance
