The Baer Group is looking for SAP Finance Lead for a 10+ month remote project.

Title: SAP Finance Lead
Location: Remote with some travel to Orlando
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead must organize workshops and gather appropriate level of detail in order to produce Business Process Documents, and gather all configuration details, coming out of Explore.

Requirements:

• Strong Finance Lead required
• Must guide the customer toward the fit-to-standard approach, limiting the number of WRICEFs required (only 50 total across all workstreams, per SOW).
• Must leverage/display Fiori at all times (no GUI).
• Strong communication and issue resolution skills required - must be able to effectively lead offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP deliverables.
• Must work effectively with customer business teams, analytics, data, OCM and Training workstreams.
• Financial process areas include (but are not limited to): Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Closing, Profitability and Cost Analysis, Profit Center, Cost Center, Asset Accounting. Knowledge of Project Systems is a plus as this is in scope as well.
• Knowledge of Basic Cash Operations and Bank Account Management is a plus, as those processes are in scope as well.
