Title: RN- Case Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (On Site)
Type of Engagement: Contingency
Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of care for a set patient population in hospital setting
- Follow through with patients to ensure optimum care
- Provide support through detailed assessment, implementation of care for specific patients needs
- Certification of experience in related health field
- Registered nursing license or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
- Five years if acute care in medical/surgical and/or ICU/CCU setting
