Matrix Providers is potentially hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our team of talented professionals who provide healthcare services to our Military Service Members and their families in Bethesda, Maryland.

  • Employment Status: Full time
  • Compensation: This is a salaried position
  • Schedule: Mon-Sun Shift Hours: Days 6:45 AM-7:15 PM (12hrs shift); Night 6:45 PM-7:15 AM (12hrs shift); Days 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM (8hrs shift); Night 10:45 PM-7:15 AM (8hrs shift)

Requirements: The Respiratory Therapist must have and meet the following:
  • Degree: Associate's Degree.
  • Education: Graduate from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Possess certification as Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), Board Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Current Cardiopulmonary.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience within the last three years as a CRT.
Job Summary:
  • Perform complex respiratory procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Participate with physicians, nurses, and other staff in planning respiratory treatment, relying significantly on the individuals knowledge of the equipment.
  • Provide emergency or critical respiratory care.
