Registration Coordinator Part Time

Cross trained in areas of registration. Responsible for obtaining demographic information from patients and inputting that information into the computer system. Completes various paperwork for each patient, including health care proxy,consent of treatment, financial Releases, and medicare rights, as well as other forms, documents and releases.
Qualifications
High school graduation required. Good typing skills of at least 25 wpm. Healthcare experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform in a team oriented environment. Must possess good customer service skills.
