Position Details

The Regional Director will plan, direct, and manage the clinical coordination aspects of Merakey programs. The Regional Director is also ensuring compliance with MERAKEY, payer and licensing regulations, and maintaining services of high professional standards. The Regional Director will oversee the Development Disability group homes in the region.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• The individual must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in human services.

• Preference for at least 5 years experience with direct oversight of Developmental Disability group home and equitable supervisory experience.

• Familiarity with 6400, 6500, and 2380 Pennsylvania Regulations.

• The ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative, manage multiple tasks and projects at a time, and productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside Merakey.

• Flexible and adaptable style; a leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical innovation, marketing and business development initiatives.

• Ability to teach, communicate, and demonstrate behavior in support of Merakey Core Values.

• Intensive customer focus with an ability to navigate payer and provider landscape.
