Regional Corporate Recruiter

The Regional Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the execution of the talent acquisition strategy for all roles across the Marsh & McLennan Agency Southeast (MMA Southeast), locally known as J. Smith Lanier & Company, region. The Regional Corporate Recruiter sources candidates for MMA Southeast's business development and client service opportunities, develops relationship with top talent within the region, and identifies the best candidates to present to hiring managers.

We will count on you to:

• Passion for recruiting the best candidates to join and grow the MMA Southeast team.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of sales or consultative recruiting experience in a corporate or agency recruiting role preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise leveraging social media to network, build pipeline and source passive candidates is required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is required. Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to function/ recruit on a regional level across multiple locations
• Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
• Ideal candidate will be strategic, energetic, highly motivated, responsive, persuasive and self-directed and have a bias towards action and quick mobilization.
