RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is working with a growing SaaS client that provides a customer experience software in New York, NY. Summary:We are looking to add a Recruitment coordinator / Recruiter to the team. This is a fully remote opportunity, so East or West Coast is fine for the candidate to sit in. Looking for a Recruiting coordinator to assist with scheduling, onboarding and sourcing. The candidate needs to have recruitment experience. The candidate will manage the scheduling of interviews, and input candidates into the system. Ideal candidate would have Greenhouse or similar ATS experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full scope recruiting coordination
• Recruiting experience (they don't have to be heavy on it)
• Greenhouse or other ATS system experience
• 2 -3 years recruiting coordination experience
• Solid recruiting coordinator skills, they must have a sense of urgency/work independently (self-directed)
• Tech savvy
