RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Recruiter in Saint Louis, MO. Key Tasks:
  • Full cycle recruiting for multiple opening
  • Source candidates, schedule interviews, and recruit on open roles through offer stage
  • Work closely with hiring leaders to understand needs and candidate profiles
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, communicate all interview details to candidates, ensuring they have all pertinent information
  • Manage external job boards to increase candidate funnel
  • Work closely with HR and hiring leaders to manage the final stages of the full cycle recruiting process such as draft offer letters, initiate background check/drug screen and support onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless transition
  • Provides applicant tracking system support from posting positions to candidate workflow
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as needed
  • Maintain Excel tracking sheet of open roles


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting at a corporate level
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience with Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little direction
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
