Our client is a global medical supply company that continues to grow its corporate and field operations. As such, they are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to do full cycle recruitment of their high volume positions. These are plant, production, and driving roles and are located across the US and Canada. Theis fun but focused recruiting team is looking to bring someone in who has a passion for connecting, ideally with some recruiting experience but certainly who has worked in a phone based role and in a high production environment.

The role:

• High volume of outbound phone calls to applicants, referrals, and proactively sourced candidates
• Behavioral based virtual interviews
• Consultation of hiring managers
• Offer presentations
• Applicant Tracking and Documentation

You:

• 1+ year in a recruitment role or equally relationship-based position
• Comfort in rapport building and process follow through
• 1+ year of experience utilizing corporate office technologies including MS Office, applicant tracking technologies ideal
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid home/office work environment
