Area of Accountability:

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in an Engineering environment, while developing your skills in tooling design, 3D modeling, and shop floor to office communication? If so, Quality Engineering Co-op position could be the right fit for you.

Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):

• Implementation of Error Proofing and Traceability.
• Design and development of new gauges.
• Assist Quality Engineer's run PPAP's, capability studies and process improvement projects.
• Help design and implement process improvement electronic databases.
• Assist Engineers with determining root cause and develop corrective actions for customer and internal issues.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering to collect, organize and analyze data.

Qualifications:

• Working towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
