Job Purpose:

Our Project Manager will assist in driving revenue and supporting custom packaging projects within either the Design or Kitting/Co-Packing & Retail Solutions segment through coordinating, monitoring, scheduling, and reporting on assigned projects. This includes the analysis, communication, evaluation and coordination of logistics arrangements with applicable internal and external providers to ensure the customer's needs are met in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

● Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget for project.
● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor and follow up on active projects.
● Ensure resource availability and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
● Work closely with internal teams as the project progresses, through to completion.
● Establish and maintain relationship with the client, third parties/vendors and stakeholders.
● Identify potential customer concerns and proactively work to mitigate problems.
● Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
● Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
● May create New Item Requests (NIRs), SKUs, issue POs, and receive inventory within ERP system.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Serve as a subject matter expert on retail packaging.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor and follow up on active projects.
● Review and manage all samples throughout the creative development process to production of TOP samples.
●Advanced analytical skills, measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
● Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
● Kitting, Design, Supply Chain, or Packaging experience preferred. Prior project management experience required.
● Creative problem solving and goal oriented.

Starting Salary Range: $60k - $75k depending on related skills and experience

Work Experience:

● 3-5 years of related job experience.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.

● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.

● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.

● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
