* Work with cross-functional teams throughout the change request (CR) and change order (CO) process

* Work closely with the technical support, factory service, and field services teams driving awareness and changes resulting from change order implementation

* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, resulting from change order implementation

* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

* Analyze the impact of various decisions on the aftermarket organization and advocate for decisions that will improve our customer experience

* Perform risk management with reviews to minimize project risks

* Successfully manage all stakeholder relationships Provide direction and support to project team

* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

* Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule, with team members and stakeholders, reporting and escalating to management as needed

* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation General service-related projects as needed

* Facilitating action plan meetings

This role is responsible for leading all change request (CR) and change order (CO) efforts across all product lines while representing the Aftermarket Services Group. This project manager will lead projects and drive overall direction, coordination, communication, implementation, execution, and completion

Core Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering

* 5 years' experience in new project management, product management or service-related work experience

* PMP Certification preferred

Useful skills and abilities:

* Proven working experience in project management for projects involving complex, multidisciplinary efforts

* Demonstrated customer focus, project achievement/management, and cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills.

* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in instrumentation and hardware development.

* Skilled in influencing, leading and conflict management

* Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Office365

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment

* Experienced with all phases of product development and the product life cycle, preferably in the scientific instrumentation field
