GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position participates as a core member and contributor to the Hospital Services Group National Team, the growing team responsible for centrally supporting the Hospital Services Group Divisional Teams. This role involves providing project management support for the continued development and deployment of the Patients' Acute Technology for Hospital Services (PATH) program, a clinical and billing data capture application for DaVita's 1m+ Acute treatments at 900+ hospitals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage execution of PATH deployment timeline, training, and local implementations
  • Manage PATH deployment planning schedule, ensuring organization meets deadlines and is held accountable if delayed
  • Support continued development and deployment of the PATH application, managing and adjusting development and deployment project plans accordingly
  • Support local field teams with logistics at each deployment location
  • Support Training Manager in preparing divisional trainers for training delivery
  • Oversee all IT logistics, ensuring that TMs are able to access PATH appropriately
  • Manage deployment expenses and budget
  • Ensure alignment and engagement with IT, business, and Deployment teams
  • Partner with IT Support teams on deployment timelines
  • Summarize project insights and identify next steps through well-structured communications
  • May have direct reports
  • Stretch "up" and "down" in responsibilities as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to overcome any organizational obstacles encountered
  • Collaborate with Teammates outside of HSG team to gather data and information
  • Conduct appropriate financial and statistical analysis to integrate new information
  • Provide recommendations to adjust plans and strategies accordingly
  • Structure analysis with relatively ambiguous data sets/problems
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as required
  • Travel required: 20-30%, Home Location: Denver

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Preferred 4-6 years' experience in Healthcare or consulting project management
  • Solid understanding of business and strategy concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Comfort in a growing, shifting and ambiguous environment, with strong drive and self-direction
  • Interest in healthcare industry required, background in Healthcare, especially Hospitals preferred
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint required; intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook required
  • Experience with project management software strongly preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 to $100,400.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
