Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in NJ.
- Responsibilities:
- Will manage operations within the plant
- Will hire, train and develop shift employees
- Ensure product quality is at the highest standard
- Participate on and lead continuous improvement projects
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience managing hourly employees in high volume manufacturing setting
- must be flexible with shift
- KPI and Metrix experience preferred
