Description: The Judge Group is looking for a Production Supervisor for a large food manufacturer client in the Clarksville, Arkansas area. The client is willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee production line(s) to make sure productivity, quality, and cost standards are met
- Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
- Handle all employee subordinate performance concerns and weekly employee payroll
- Enforce all plant rules, regulations from USDA or FDA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience (must have HS Diploma)
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Supervision Experience
- Knowledge of GMPs / USDA / FDA
- Continuous Improvement Experience
