What you'll do

• You will report to the Manager of the Service Desk to contribute to the resolution of customer inquiries or problems by answering questions or performing problem isolation and resolution through our e-ticketing system or via phone contact directly with the client as an important part of the CSG International Service Desk
• You will be part of the problem isolation which includes the gathering of problem description, and client information, determining the component of the product or services affected, determining severity level, determining business impacts to the client, and entering this information into the CSG defect tracking system
• Be a first contact for problem-solving on behalf of the client and work with our teams to identify resolution for the client
• You will work in a shift from Tuesday to Saturday 5:00 AM CT to 2:00 PM CT

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Experience with customer Service, Help Desk, NOC, or other client-facing troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Office and OS products
• Experience troubleshooting technical situations and thoroughly documenting all relevant details
• Supported application on Mainframe

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$17.27-$27.64

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
