What We Are Looking For

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing compelling messaging and marketing strategies for new and existing solutions and products to help drive awareness and portfolio growth that supports the renewable energy vertical. The Product Marketing Manager will partner with Product Management and Business Development to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ensure audience personas are clearly identified and product positioning is understood for each persona. This role operates in a global and cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Product Management teams, Business Development teams, Content and Regional Marketing teams, Sales teams, as well as frequently interacting with external customers.

What You Will Do
  • Develop vertical-specific messaging for new and existing products within the renewable energy product portfolio; leveraging voice of the customer and go-to-market messaging analysis of the competitor landscape.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for marketing (e.g. Content Marketing and Regional Marketing) to guide content requirements for both internal and external launch with input from Business Development, Product Management and Content Marketing.
  • Create and/or support the creation of relevant product and/or vertical content for product launch, as well as ongoing promotion including webinar content, customer presentations, videos, blogs, battle cards, sales training, etc. When required, lead product tradename development and rationale.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management and Sales teams to validate customer needs in the marketplace to help define the product roadmap.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product portfolio, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to develop use cases for new products and/or product portfolio. Ensure use cases are quantifiable, kept up to date. and leveraged in relevant content formats including customer presentations, sales training.
What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Undergraduate degree required in technical or business field
  • Preferred Degree: Working towards MBA or MBA
  • Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years of total product marketing experience in enterprise. Experience in product marketing or product management for within the electrical infrastructure or alternative energy/renewable energy space a plus.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 25%
