Job Summary
The Product Manager - Digital serves as the business owner for a defined suite of strategic, high customer impact and/or core critical systems. The Product Manager - Digital will support our digital/online and mobile banking tools across Community Banking. The Product Manager serves as a mentor to Product Owners to enhance skill and drive best practices. The Product Manager is creative, has big ideas and fosters collaboration with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance capabilities, enhance the sales/service experience, and/or increase efficiency. The Product Manager will also set a broad strategic vision for systems within the Community Bank; including systems they do not necessarily support on a daily basis; and ensure alignment to the broader business strategy and objectives.
